Questions Parents Usually Ask

If something isn't answered here, just reach out — we respond within 24 hours.

Yes — we start with a free 15-minute consultation. It's a real conversation: we find out where your student is, what they're working toward, and whether we're a good fit. No commitment, no pitch.

No contracts, no packages, no cancellation fees. You book sessions when you need them and stop whenever you want. Simple.

All online sessions are on Zoom. You get a link before each session — no setup, no downloads required beyond a camera and a stable connection. It works exactly like being in the same room, minus the commute.

Absolutely. We offer specialized in-person support for students with ADHD, dyscalculia, intellectual disabilities, and coordination or language challenges. Every session is built around how that student actually learns — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Yes — all three Quebec secondary streams. We work with students from Sec 3 stream selection through Sec 5 provincial exams, in whatever stream they're in.
